Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a younger engineer, I feel as though I am underpaid purely due to lack of experience despite contributing greatly to my team. Additionally, other companies I have worked at have given better compensation packages. The lack of vacation time is a huge drawback to accepting a position at AHBL.
