I enjoy the innovative and flexible culture at Aires. I do feel that people at all levels of the organization wear many hats - in some ways, this is a good thing because you are constantly challenged, learning, and growing. On the other hand, this creates addition stress.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am constantly challenged, never bored, and encouraged to step outside of my comfort zone to grow my skills.

They are personable and invested at every level of the organization. They are innovative and open to new ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have a unique perspective or approach to problem solving. Despite our different styles, we all find a way to collaborate to effectively accomplish our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At Aires, we are flexible and creative. We allow people to use their skills to develop innovative solutions. Leaders at all levels listen to feedback and accept the challenge of correcting any issues that are identified.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As we have scaled as an organization, our pay scale has not adjusted to that growth. As a mid-sized company, I believe we need to evaluate our pay and adjust to the complexity of clients, higher volume, and organizational requirements.
