I like the consistent support and encouragement. Helps me learn and grow in my role.
I've always felt the leadership team has an open-door policy which I appreciate very much.

We have been paid a bonus every year since I started. I also have received a raise every year.
Ability to earn based upon performance both individually as well as the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not believe that my compensation or current title is in line with market based on my experience and job responsibilities.
I would feel better about my compensation if it truly reflected the contributions I bring to my role.
I think that there are more things that I am responsible for outside of my actual role that should be taken into consideration when it comes to compensation.

As we have scaled as an organization, our pay scale has not adjusted to that growth. As a mid-sized company, I believe we need to evaluate our pay and adjust to the complexity of clients, higher volume, and organizational requirements.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams desire to grow and be the best and the can do attitude in most.
True team atmosphere. Friendly, easy to work with, and engaged.
Strong work ethic. "Can do" attitude.
My team is remote, but when I am with them, we get along well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The care and concern we have for each other. The "family" vibe.
For the most part, everyone has a ready-to-jump-in-and-help attitude. We want to get things done and get them done correctly.
