Work is off site, so it's very nice.

Learn more about what they're providing; quality English lessons. They have no idea about education, levels, materials, ability, testing etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No holidays offered, no holiday pay was offered, was asked to work 7 days a week and no pension scheme.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management are so desperate to get staff, they employ anybody. The root of the problem.
