Mr. Mark E. Murchison, B.Bus,Acc,Fin,CA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Alacer Gold Corp. since August 13, 2013 and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer since August 13, 2013. Mr. Murchison served as a Senior Vice President of Finance at Alacer Gold Corp. until August 12, 2013. Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Murchison held multiple management positions within the Rio Tinto Group over a 12 year period, including the position of General Manager Financial Controller Iron Ore, Chief Financial Officer of Rio Tinto's Global Exploration Group and various positions globally within Rio Tinto's Tax Department.

Mr. John M. LeRoux, NHDip Coal Mining, NDip Coal Mining, has been Senior Vice President and Country Manager of Turkish Business Unit at Alacer Gold Corp. since 2013 and served as its Senior Vice President - TBU Country Manager and also served as its General Manager of '?pler Gold Mine. Mr. LeRoux has 28 years of international experience within the mining industry in various roles, having worked in engineering, mine development and mine operations and has been very influencial in mine safety. He has worked in operations for coal, base metals and precious metal. Mr. LeRoux served as General Manager of the Kisladag Mine in Turkey; Vice President of Operations for Kumtor Operating Company in Krygzstan where he led a major operational expansion; and Vice President of Operations of Boroo Gold Mine in Mongolia, where he was instrumental in significant operational improvement. Mr. LeRoux has also held senior level management positions in the construction and development of mining operations in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and South Africa.

Mr. Stewart Beckman, Bsc (Hons), has been Chief Operating Officer at Alacer Gold Corp. since June 2016. Mr. Beckman served as a Senior Vice President of Operations and Technical at Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. (Formerly, Ivanhoe Mines) from May 1, 2012 to October 1, 2015. Mr. Beckman was Rio Tinto's Regional General Manager (Technology & Innovation) - Americas based in Utah. Mr. Beckman has 22 years of experience in the mining and minerals processing industry, with the past 15 years working across a number of commodities in senior leadership roles at Rio Tinto Group companies, predominantly in operations and the technology and innovation area. He spent seven years in a variety of operational roles at Placer Dome. He served as a Non Independent Non-Executive Director at Ivanhoe Australia Limited since May 7, 2012 until November 2013.

Mr. Firuz Alizade serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Polimetal Madencilik at Calik Holding A.S. Mr. Alizade serves as Vice President of Exploration - YAMAS at Alacer Gold Corp. He served as Manager of Geological Activities of Alacer Gold Corp. Previously, he served as Chief Geologist at the Cerattepe copper/gold massive sulfide deposit (now controlled by Inmet Mining and formerly owned by Cominco) in NW Turkey. He was responsible for the discovery of Cerattepe, as well as for overseeing Cominco's gold and base metals exploration programs in Turkey. Mr. Alizade has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology from the Geological Engineering School of Middle East Technical University in Ankara.

Mark Murchison serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Alacer Gold Corp.. Mark started at Alacer Gold Corp. in Aug of 2013. Mark currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.
