There are some really great, mission-oriented employees. Allbirds is a B Corp and doing great things for the environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall compensation with equity is decent, but base comp in the bay area is low for all orgs.

There's no accountability here. Leadership likes charismatic people vs the quiet workers that produce solid work. Politics run rampant here, and you're likely to be stepped on if it means your co-workers success.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is almost all white men with little to no real leadership experience. They need to learn how to identify and cultivate great talent and listen to what employees are saying. Create a safe space for upward feedback.
