Mr. Craig Schuele has been Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Altra Industrial Motion Corp. since May 2007. Mr. Schuele served as Vice President of Marketing at Altra since March 2002 and previous to that he was Director of Marketing. Mr. Schuele joined Altra's predecessor in 1986. He holds a B.S. degree in management from Rhode Island College.

Mr. Gerald P. Ferris has been Vice President of Global Sales of Altra Industrial Motion Corp. and Altra Industrial Motion, Inc. since May 2007. Mr. Ferris is responsible for the worldwide sales of Altra Industrial Motion Inc.'s products. Mr. Ferris has been Vice President of Global Sales of Altra Holdings Inc. since November 2004 and Power Transmission Holdings LLC since March 2002. At Altra Holdings, he is responsible for the worldwide sales for broad product platform. He joined Altra Industrial Motion Inc. and Power Transmission Holdings in 1978 and since joining has held various positions. He became the Vice President of Sales for Boston Gear in 1991. Mr. Ferris holds a B.A degree in Political Science from Stonehill College.

Mr. Glenn E. Deegan, Esq., has been a Secretary and General Counsel of Altra Holdings, Inc. since September 2008 and has been its Vice President of Legal & Human Resources since June 2009. Mr. Deegan has been Vice President of Legal & Human Resources, General Counsel and Secretary at Altra Industrial Motion Corp. since September 2008. He is responsible for all corporate legal matters at Altra and its subsidiaries, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance with securities regulations and corporate governance matters. Mr. Deegan served as Vice President of Altra Holdings, Inc. since September 2008. and Altra Industrial Motion, Inc. since September 2008 until June 2009. From March 30, 2007 to August 2008, Mr. Deegan served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Aptiv Solutions, Inc (Averion International Corp), where he was responsible for its legal matters. He served as General Counsel and Secretary of MacroChem Corporation from June 2002 to March 15, 2007 and its Vice President from July 2003 to March 15, 2007 and Director of Legal Affairs. Mr. Deegan has 15 years experience in managing complex legal and business matters including: securities and regulatory issues; corporate finance and transactions; intellectual property; and employment issues. From September 1999 to May 2001, he served as Assistant General Counsel of Summit Autonomous (formerly Summit Technology, Inc.). From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Deegan was engaged in the private practice of law in Boston at Holland & Knight LLP, from 1997 to 1999 at Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP. He served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Francis J. Boyle in the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island from 1992 to 1993. He is a member of the American, Boston and Rhode Island Bar Associations. He graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in engineering// Physics / Systems and received his J.D. cum laude from Boston College Law School.

Mr. Todd B. Patriacca has been a Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Altra Industrial Motion Corp. since May 2007 and has been its Treasurer since February 2010. Mr. Patriacca serves as Chief Accounting Officer of Altra Industrial Motion Corp. He served as an Assistant Treasurer of Altra Industrial Motion Corp. since October 2008 until February 2010. Prior to joining Altra Holdings, Inc., Mr. Patriacca served as Corporate Finance Manager of MKS Instrument Inc., since March 2002. Prior to MKS, he spent over ten years at Arthur Andersen LLP in the Assurance Advisory practice and served as its Manager and was responsible audit and finance management positions. Mr. Patriacca is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Patriacca received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Colby College in Waterville, Maine and his MBA and Masters in Accounting from Northeastern University in Boston.

Todd Patriacca serves as the VP Finance, Corporate Controller & Treasurer of Altra Industrial Motion. Todd started at Altra Industrial Motion in May of 2005. Todd currently resides in Greater Boston Area.

Margot Hoffman serves as the Member Board Of Directors of Altra Industrial Motion. Margot started at Altra Industrial Motion in April of 2018. Margot currently resides in Columbus, Ohio Area.

Richard Perry serves as the Division Vice President and General Manager of Altra Industrial Motion. Richard started at Altra Industrial Motion in July of 2017. Richard currently resides in Hartford, Connecticut Area.
