Transparency. There are very few secrets and everything is well communicated. You never feel psychologically unsafe working here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Because there is no recruiting team, you meet immediately with the hiring managers which helps you get clarity and background from someone you'd be working with and for directly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They're flexible as the world changes. The gym reimbursement was great when the world was open, but then they made sure to help everyone get situated into their home offices as we went remote.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Energy, knowledge, and empathy. Everyone's excited to be here, has a lot they can bring to the table, and genuinely care about each other, the company, and making our work environment the best it can be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're servant leaders. They take the feedback and ideas given to them and actually work to incorporate that into their planning. They're not just figures who never put in the work, they work alongside the organization to make things run smoother.
