Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages that are more competitive in relation to a person's experience and time at the company.
My base salary is fair, but the health plans we are offered could be better and we don't get very much equity in the company at all.
Equity commensurate with time, value provided, and experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The level at which our team cares about each other.
My team genuinely cares for each other and every person they interact with -- they think outside the box and are a bunch of doers.
Seeing them ever day. Everyone is open. to collaboration.
A tight-knit team that works extremely well together and is full of people I'd consider a friend.
I truly love my team at Alyce. It rarely feels like there is a traditional hierarchy because everyone works so closely together to get things done. I never feel like anyone on our team is to senior or to juvenile for any of the work we do

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about Alyce are our people. We hire for genuinely good people and that has created a culture of caring and authenticity.
We stand for something and everyone's voice is respected - from intern to new hire
The people are really what make Alyce, Alyce. We do a really good job of hiring many different types of personalities which makes for such a fun office environment.

The focus on developing and learning as we progress through our stages of growth.

The speed at which the company moved.
one interview - felt like a conversation about my personal interest and goals
My interview process was pretty informal because at the time, there were only a few employees. But it felt so conversational and relaxed which gave me a really good perception of the type of environment I'd be walking in to.
