My interview process was pretty informal because at the time, there were only a few employees. But it felt so conversational and relaxed which gave me a really good perception of the type of environment I'd be walking in to.

Met with two people within the hour interview. Everyone was nice. There was a focus on chemistry. They checked references and I had an offer within two weeks.

Because there is no recruiting team, you meet immediately with the hiring managers which helps you get clarity and background from someone you'd be working with and for directly.
The interview process was more conversational than anything, which allowed us to find ways to collaborate and test our compatibility as problem-solvers for the organization.

The interview didn't feel formal or purposely intimidating, it felt more like a conversation with friends, and it felt like the interviewers were listening/cared about my responses.
I liked how open and transparent everybody was. No one sugarcoated anything and things were exactly how they were illustrated to me when I started my work at Alyce.
The open dialogue that was had. No out of the blue questions.
