one interview - felt like a conversation about my personal interest and goals

My interview process was pretty informal because at the time, there were only a few employees. But it felt so conversational and relaxed which gave me a really good perception of the type of environment I'd be walking in to.

Met with two people within the hour interview. Everyone was nice. There was a focus on chemistry. They checked references and I had an offer within two weeks.
