The speed at which the company moved.
one interview - felt like a conversation about my personal interest and goals
My interview process was pretty informal because at the time, there were only a few employees. But it felt so conversational and relaxed which gave me a really good perception of the type of environment I'd be walking in to.
Review from Operations Dept
Very delightful, several case-based inteviews.
Transparency about opportunity and needs
Met with two people within the hour interview. Everyone was nice. There was a focus on chemistry. They checked references and I had an offer within two weeks.
Review from Operations Dept
We've changed so much since I started but what I liked about it was the questions and test were relevant to the job. At start, they can tell if I were a good fit or not.
Review from Operations Dept
I love that I got to have a 1 to 1 conversation with our CEO.
There was a sense of openness and I felt very comfortable having discussions, asking questions, and learning about the organization.
Review from Operations Dept
Because there is no recruiting team, you meet immediately with the hiring managers which helps you get clarity and background from someone you'd be working with and for directly.
Lots of questions about character and responsibilities. Hard but smart
Quick and to the point
The CEO is part of the interview process to ensure we are hiring a culture-fit and to give the Alyce vision.
It was straightforward without a million hoops.
The open dialogue that was had. No out of the blue questions.
Review from Operations Dept
I had the opportunity to meet with my future manager and team, but also with the CEO to hear his vision and ask questions about the company's viability
Review from Operations Dept
I liked how open and transparent everybody was. No one sugarcoated anything and things were exactly how they were illustrated to me when I started my work at Alyce.
The interview process was more conversational than anything, which allowed us to find ways to collaborate and test our compatibility as problem-solvers for the organization.
The interview didn't feel formal or purposely intimidating, it felt more like a conversation with friends, and it felt like the interviewers were listening/cared about my responses.
