It has been overall very positive. There has been a lot of great days followed by frustrating days, but the team at Alyce really does stick together and we consistently remind ourselves and our team members that we are building an incredible platform that has such a positive impact

The individuals I get to work with and seeing the positive feedback we get from our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are really what make Alyce, Alyce. We do a really good job of hiring many different types of personalities which makes for such a fun office environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview process was pretty informal because at the time, there were only a few employees. But it felt so conversational and relaxed which gave me a really good perception of the type of environment I'd be walking in to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I truly love my team at Alyce. It rarely feels like there is a traditional hierarchy because everyone works so closely together to get things done. I never feel like anyone on our team is to senior or to juvenile for any of the work we do
