It's a pretty great company to work for. Like with any company we can struggle at times with communication or change, however it's considerably less than at other companies and it's managed well. The company really wants you feeling comfortable to bringing your whole self to work.

We're ok with vulnerability and it really helps to build authentic relationships.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a sense of openness and I felt very comfortable having discussions, asking questions, and learning about the organization.

They always look to improve whether we're succeeding or struggling. They're open, listen, and do what they can to live Alyce values.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation is so nice. I don't necessarily take a ton but having the flexibility and not having to watch hours is huge.
What makes you most happy at work?
Arriving at the end of a difficult challenge my team and I had to work through together. There's just so much satisfaction from the journey and the team is so great to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've always operated at a higher level than my job description asks for. I started at less than my desired income hoping to get there after showing my work. I've been told that my work is impressive yet it feels like it's on me to figure out what's next. A joint effort on new role/pay would help.
