They are some of the most kind and caring people I have ever worked with. They believe in the mission of Amazing Care and want to show that great companies are built with great people as employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay slightly above market rates, but the best part is that you don’t have to fight for a raise, they give annual rate increases unlike most home health companie
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always open to listening to what their employees have to say. They truly care about the clients and their employees. Some of their employees have been with the company for 20 years.
