Constantly preach about mission, vision and values, but their actions and communication show otherwise. The people who do believe in them are relegated to support roles. Operations doesn't care about them at all and turn a blind eye to unethical and illegal behavior as long as sales are made.
What did you like most about the interview process?
GM interview was very positive and we SEEMED to be on the same page.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Completely unethical. No integrity. Now buying the worst cars and selling them knowing there are serious problems with them. Only way I see it being improved is a change in company leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no compensation adequate to justify the fact you are always dealing with angry customers who have been cheated and taken advantage of and you're sitting there thinking "You're right, but I'm not allowed to make it right."
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some were great. Most were lazy and one literally did nothing but sit in the lobby or on a bucket in the shop and talk about video games all day. GM would not hold them accountable or allow asst. mgrs to. To work together better they would have to work!
