What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is always very helpful. Never critical and always happy to help me be the best me I can be. They welcome and encourage my input. I always feel like a valued part of the team.
Very thorough on using teamwork.
The fact every voice is heard
Very supportive, looking to grow leaders.
My GM is very family friendly. I mever have to worry about if I need to miss a few hours dor an appointment for my kids.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stand behind their promises. Treat employees with more respect

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Time off to spend with family
There is no limit on it.
Whole health wellness focus - mind, body, financial
I make a very fair and equitable salary. The medical benefits are far superior than most and is affordable.
It is low cost with great perks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't value their employees.
Pay raise for office clerks we do the most work out of everybody.
I feel like the work I do as an Office Manager is undervalued by my pay.
There is no compensation adequate to justify the fact you are always dealing with angry customers who have been cheated and taken advantage of and you're sitting there thinking "You're right, but I'm not allowed to make it right."
Constantly dealing with angry customers do to the company or GM taking advantage of them. No amount of compensation is worth that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well as a team and we get along well.

Keep each other going. Help each other out when needed
My team is always helpful and supportive.
Everyone helps one another. Everyone is there for each other and our customers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication: Some managers think that because they are managers, they can speak to their employees in any way.
Understanding each other and helping each other
Some were great. Most were lazy and one literally did nothing but sit in the lobby or on a bucket in the shop and talk about video games all day. GM would not hold them accountable or allow asst. mgrs to. To work together better they would have to work!

We all respect each other and we get along well as teammates
I always feel like a valued part of America's Car-Mart. Not just an employee.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More consistency in what members of management say. They need to be on the same page more often to cut down on employee confusion

What makes you most happy at work?
Having satisfying customers and getting to spend time with my coworkers
Being a car salesmen i have always want to be a slaemen
The culture is always so positive. I love coming to work ever day and being a part of a team.
Helping others makes me happy
Meeting new and interesting people, were a buy here pay here so alot of people will come in every week for many years straight.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Completely unethical. No integrity. Now buying the worst cars and selling them knowing there are serious problems with them. Only way I see it being improved is a change in company leadership.
Management needs to hold true to their promises and not put issues on the back burner and not get back to them. If something cannot be done about something, do not promise to fix the issue and then do nothing about it,
