Mr. Joseph A. Carlucci, also known as Joe, is a Co-Founder of American Renal Associates LLC and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Carlucci has been the Chairman of American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc., since May 15, 2012 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 2006. He has more than 30 years of experience in the dialysis services industry and is the former President and CEO of Optimal Renal Care, a joint venture in disease management between Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) and Kaiser Permanente of Southern California. Prior to Optimal, he was Vice President of Administration at Fresenius and responsible nationally for managed care, medical director relations and facility development. He has considerable operations experience from Facility Administrator to Director of U.S. Operations. He has been Chairman of the Board at American Renal Associates LLC since 2012 and serves as its Director. Mr. Carlucci received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Bentley College.

Mr. Jonathan L. Wilcox, also known as Jon, has been Chief Financial officer of American Renal Associates LLC since 2011. Mr. Wilcox has been the Chief Financial Officer of American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. since 2011 and serves as its Vice President. He has more than 13 years of experience in accounting and finance. His experience includes being Executive Director of Finance at Cynosure, a public medical device manufacturer, where he was primarily responsible for all worldwide financial activities. Prior to Cynosure, he served as Director of Finance at Forrester Research, a public research company. Mr. Wilcox served as also Vice President of Finance at Vlingo, a venture backed speech recognition software company. Mr. Wilcox was an audit manager at Arthur Andersen, in their Boston office and is a CPA. He received his B.S. degree in Government and History from Centre College in 1995 and his Master of Public Accountancy and M.B.A from Northeastern University in 1996.

Dr. Don E. Williamson, M.D. has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. since September 19, 2017 and served as its Chief Medical Officer since 2011. Dr. Williamson has been Chief Medical Officer at American Renal Associates LLC since April 26, 2016. Dr. Williamson served as National Medical Director of American Renal Associates LLC until April 26, 2016. He has over 20 years of experience in Nephrology and expertise in all aspects of dialysis. Dr. Williamson's experience includes President and Managing Partner for Nephrology Associates, P.C. in Augusta Georgia, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nephrology Centers of America, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Kinetic Decision Solutions, Medical Director of multiple outpatient as well as inpatient dialysis facilities and Member of the ESRD Advisory Council,Department of Community Health for the State of Georgia. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Georgia Health Sciences University. Dr. Williamson received his bachelor's degree from Mercer University and his M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia.

Mr. Jason M. Boucher has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at American Renal Associates LLC since April 26, 2016. Mr. Boucher has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. since January 24, 2017 and has been its Vice President of Finance since May 2011. He oversees all aspects of accounting operations and financial reporting. He has more than 20 years of accounting & finance experience spanning a number of roles, including Corporate Controller, Financial Reporting Manager and Accounting Manager. Mr. Boucher holds BS in Accounting from Plymouth State College and his MBA from Suffolk University's Sawyer School of Management.

Mr. Syed T. Kamal is a Co-Founder and President of American Renal Associates LLC. Mr. Kamal has been the President of American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. since 199. He was the President of Fresenius Medical Care North America's southern business unit, responsible for the complete management and oversight of more than 200 outpatient dialysis facilities. His more than 30 years of dialysis services experience began as a Facility Administrator in Louisiana and increased with a series of promotions covering U.S. and overseas operations. He previously served as Regional Manager of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions (U.S.), Director and Vice President of Operations for International and later, Vice President of Operations, U.S., Canada and Mexico. He has been a Director of American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. since 1999. Mr. Kamal received his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Punjab in Pakistan.

James Dilts serves as the Senior Regional Vice President of American Renal Associates. James started at American Renal Associates in Jul of 2002. James currently resides in the Columbus, Ohio Area.
