Being confident that I have supported a colleague or customer in a way that impacts their business! And interacting with my team... because I love my team!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have fun! Our events are engaging, and the collaborative spirit promoted by leadership spreads to the entire company. We work hard, and we take pride in doing so, so of course we play hard, too!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team effectively communicates, and supports one another. I don't experience the same kind of passing the buck or blame game that I've seen in the past; it's healthy (and often, fun!) communication between respectful professionals. I love my team, and call many of them personal friends now!
