What are some of the best things about your team?

My team effectively communicates, and supports one another. I don't experience the same kind of passing the buck or blame game that I've seen in the past; it's healthy (and often, fun!) communication between respectful professionals. I love my team, and call many of them personal friends now!

I love working with brilliant, respectful, kind people who value work/life balance as much as I do.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
