My team is hard-working, motivated but always respectful toward each other. Good work is recognized and teammates are supported by offers of help when they're struggling.

The positive attributes of my team (hard-working, smart and respectful) seem to scale up to the company at large. The company is careful with its hiring decisions with respect to culture fit. Keep it up!

The company is trusting of its employees. For example, those working remotely are assessed on the work they do, not how many hours they work. Also, vacation / leave is not fixed and the CEO even regularly encourages team members to take leave.
