I do not feel undervalued. Everything is just much more expensive than they were, and salaries have not caught up with costs of living.

I'm paid slightly below going market rate for my position. Given all of the added duties, responsibilities, and projects outside of my scoped role (which are necessary as we don't have the headcount elsewhere to do them, and they are required to succeed), I'm underpaid for what my role really is.

for the most part they are very responsive and supportive or what I am doing - they also constantly teach me new things I can use for prospecting.

My team is very friendly, and everyone respects each other as people. Although we are fully remote, we take time to connect on the personal level, and that helps us work together as a team. Of course, they are also very skilled and productive.
