Mr. Kevin G. Keyes has been the Chief Executive Officer of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. since September 2015 and as its Chairman since January 1, 2018 and President since October 2012. Previously, Mr. Keyes served as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Capital Markets of Annaly from September 2010 until October 2012. Prior to joining Annaly as a Managing Director in 2009, Mr. Keyes worked for 20 years in senior Investment Banking and Capital Markets roles. From 2005-2009, Mr. Keyes served in senior management and business origination roles in the Global Capital Markets and Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1997 until 2005 in various Capital Markets Origination roles and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter from 1990 until 1997 in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Mr. Keyes holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration (ALPA Program) from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. David Finkelstein has been the Chief Investment Officer of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. since November 7, 2016. Mr. Finkelstein served as the Chief Investment Officer of Agency and RMBS at Annaly Capital Management, Inc. since January 7, 2016 until November 7, 2016 and served as its Managing Director of Agency Portfolio Team since April 2014 and served as its Head of Agency Portfolio. Mr. Finkelstein joined Annaly from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Markets Group. He has over 18 years of industry experience, including holding senior trading positions in the Agency MBS groups of Barclays and Citigroup. Mr. Finkelstein has a B.A. from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Glenn A. Votek has been the Chief Financial Officer of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. since August 19, 2013. Mr. Votek served as an Executive Vice President and Treasurer of CIT Group Inc. of CIT Holdings, LLC. He served as Chief Administrative Officer of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. from May 20, 2013 to August 19, 2013. Mr. Votek served as an Executive Vice President & Treasurer of Newcourt Credit Group Inc. He joined Newcourt Credit Group Inc. in January 1998 upon the acquisition of AT&T Capital. Prior to joining Newcourt Credit Group Inc., Mr. Votek held a number of different offices in AT&T Capital's treasury group, served as AT&T Capital's Treasurer. He serves as Director at CIT Lending Services Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Arizona/Kean College and a M.B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University.

Mr. Timothy P. Coffey, also known as Tim, has been the Chief Credit Officer of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. since January 7, 2016. Mr. Coffey oversees the expanded risk management team for Annaly's three investment groups: Agency and Residential Credit, Commercial Real Estate and Middle Market Lending. He served as Head of Middle Market Lending since joining Annaly in 2010. He served as a Managing Director in the Middle Market Leveraged Finance Group of the Bank of Ireland. He worked in and finance roles at Scotia Capital Inc., Reliance Group Holdings, Inc. and SC Johnson Holdings International Inc. Mr. Coffey has a B.S. from Marquette University.

Don Choe serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Annaly Capital Management. Don started at Annaly Capital Management in June of 2016. Don is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.

Benjamin Leidner serves as the Vice President/Senior Systems Engineer of Annaly Capital Management. Benjamin started at Annaly Capital Management in December of 2014. Benjamin is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.

Souren Ouzounian serves as the MD, Deputy CFO and Treasurer of Annaly Capital Management. Souren started at Annaly Capital Management in April of 2017. Souren is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.

Steven Yaros serves as the Vice President - Finance of Annaly Capital Management. Steven started at Annaly Capital Management in January of 2017. Steven is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.
