The company as a whole is very team oriented. We want our peers to perform and do good. Everyone is very supportive of each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a family life feel here at ARG, we're all very caring people. But at the same time, we all like to make money and are driven to do so!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy. They truly care about their employees in work and personal life. They're easy to talk to and they want you to go to them for help. They're transparent about company numbers and why decisions are made.
