What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always doing their best to communicate to the organization and make us better.
Our leadership team is easy to talk to and has an open office policy. Also, they are open to new ideas and trying new things. Many of the changes we have made began as employee ideas!
Really care about each employee through personal issues or issues that happen at work. They set reasonable goals that can accomplished, and help everyone attain their set goals.
Supportive and wanting their team and company to succeed but still learning company structure, best practices and how to best lead the team.

Open door policy. They truly care about their employees in work and personal life. They're easy to talk to and they want you to go to them for help. They're transparent about company numbers and why decisions are made.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have great benefits & employee perks such as gym reimbursement, 401K match, company events and outings, and the ability to earn extra PTO.
The week off between Christmas and New Years is great!
Bonus structure - glad to have a okay base salary but when you put in extra work of course rewarded through bonus structure.
I would say the commission structure is the biggest incentive for this organization. Just hard to endure the waiting period for pay-out.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love everyone on our team, I truly enjoy working with them every day. Everyone is open and willing to help whenever necessary.
We celebrate success with regular team events. Atlanta United, Braves etc...
Come from all different background adding insight in so many different situations or problems that occur
We all get along really well. We support one another and celebrate each other in our successes. We all learn from one another and are open in sharing what works. It's not all business with this group. We joke around, listen to music and encourage one another daily.

The culture is very team-oriented and uplifting. We work together to succeed.
We celebrate individual, team and company performance and are intentional about recognizing top performers.
As a team, we celebrate one anothers successes. We are supportive in helping each other reach our goals through strategy, helpful suggestions and other insight to be as effective as possible.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed being able to meet multiple team members and learn a lot about the company and the position in a short amount of time. Everyone was very nice and engaging.
The team style interview is good because you get to meet multiple team members from management to peer level.
I got to meet the entire team in the Face to Face interview and spent about 3 hours telling them my background, also able to ask questions that better relate to employees.
I liked that they gave me the opportunity to shadow some team members and get a better feel for a day in the life. And when it came down to the offer, they weren't pushy when I had another option. They wanted me to make the best choice for myself.

What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work on projects that excite me.
I love the people. Many of my best friendships I have made while working here.
Getting deals done, coming in each day just knowing that today a deal could close.
It makes me most happy when I know that my coworkers are working just as hard as I am and that my efforts and help are received and acted upon. I also enjoy when we 'win' together and are able to bring value to my customers.
