Our teams do not have many confrontations at all.

Good but fast paced and high expectations. Which isn't all a bad thing, it pushes you to grow and excel. Mostly just wish there were more ebbs and flows with the speed at which we move. There isn't much time to celebrate accomplishments between projects.
