We work together well. However often employees like to do what they like to do, and don't do the jobs thy dont wish to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a student worker- working a threid key with no extra pay or thanks. I do feel down about this job and undervalued forsure.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
What does the leadership team need to be better at? What do they not need to be better at? This company from my experiance hasn't really done much good. Management and district management seem to be horrable.
