Job is super easy when done correctly. However the manager is a lush and never did her job, we never had the equipment or info we needed to do jobs correctly and had to fight to get paid properly every pay period.

Listening to their employees and finding better manager

Management. Actual safety meetings and repercussions for those that put their coworkers in danger
What did you like most about the interview process?
That everyone is given a fair chance. However, that stops immediately after you start working there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Jobs should be completed properly and safely. I shouldn't have to worry about being injured on the job because co-workers treat it like a game and management blows off your concerns.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better management. When management does nothing about unsafe work habits because she wants to be seen as a friend, then those employees continue with the unsafe work habits and put their co-workers in danger.
