I've been with Athena for more than a year now and the benefits are really nice here, the managers and the management really do a good job in checking in on you and your partnership and the future plans related to it.

Compensation package is good especially the benefits that I we get that also covers the pets we have

We might not meet with each other often but whenever we need help, they do not hesitate to offer them
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I'm able to help with my client's company's goals is fulfilling for me. I also get a good work-life balance even though my shift is at night.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of us work remotely but that I think for me, that's what I like about it but there's also activities for us where we can interact with other people from other teams.
What did you like most about the interview process?
People have been telling me that the process here is very difficult but in my opinion, it was really great. The tests before the actual interview was really great and the process was very informative as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team really do a good job in making sure that future plans align with your client and their personality but at the same time they also make sure that they're not overstepping in the partnership too
