Super supportive and patient. Always doing all they can to hand hold us to achieve our full potential. I love how they remind us of our abilities and are always walking the client journey with us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting out of my comfort zone, getting into roles I never saw myself get into in a million years, working next to great minds and growing a mentality of a CEO on a day to day basis. It's a beautiful challenge that is uneding
What did you like most about the interview process?
The thoroughness. It's not for the weak, Athena is not a space for the unprepared or for jokers. The fact that it took such a long process to get the right people means the process of recruitment was well thought of to ensure you have the best people for your clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's encouraging to know that there's someone going through a similar challenge as yours and the more we interact the more we find ways to resolve this and become better. Also its amazing to hear the great things everyone is doing. Pushes one to want to do even better in their role.
