Atlassian has been the best company I've worked for and there's not a close second. We're growing fast which can be stressful, but that growth also opens up a ton of learning opportunities.

What makes you most happy at work?

We get a ton of opportunity to try new things and run experiments.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is in it together. We all work hard, but nobody takes themselves too seriously.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everything is open by default which means there's a ton of visibility into what various teams are working to improve.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Atlassian's leadership team is really transparent about the decisions and trade-offs they need to make. It makes for a place where there is a lot of trust and honesty.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Atlassian has done a lot of work to make its bonus program more competitive and as a predictable, profitable company it's the norm that we exceed our bonus targets.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process was very conversational. I didn't feel like I was being grilled with questions as much as I was talking about my experience with a group of people who were interested in learning about my background.
