What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to help each other out and answer questions. The leaders are readily available and fast to respond.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Time and space provided to ask questions and ensure alignment on my end, as well as theirs. It was warm, supportive and interviewers were highly engaged in the process

The interview was pretty tough, it required a good deal of research and prep work to prepare. At the end of the day, however, it was more about showcasing your way of thinking. Culture is big here, Atlassian is all about protecting it. Part of the process also involved evaluating goodness of fit.

The interview process was very conversational. I didn't feel like I was being grilled with questions as much as I was talking about my experience with a group of people who were interested in learning about my background.
