The nature of work I do. I can see it making an impact on the businesses success. It's challenging, fulfilling, interesting & what I've worked my career up to!

Time and space provided to ask questions and ensure alignment on my end, as well as theirs. It was warm, supportive and interviewers were highly engaged in the process

Regular check-ins with my manager and immediate team. I'm remotely based so it's nice to know people are thinking about you and keen to collaborate even though you're not physically present.

Globally dispersed with varying experiences, opinions, perspectives and ways of working. Makes me more aware of what's happening around the world and more collaborative in respecting that our way isn't always the best way. Helps me grow personally & professionally!
