Almost wholly negative. Some colleagues are good people. The board & management is toxic. The sole goal of the firm is aggressive growth and writing fees. We receive no admin support at all and need to work all hours under the sun just to tred water. KPI & Bonus is totally unachievable

Impossible workloads. Impossible expectations. Impossibly large client bank. Impossible KPIs. Impossible bonus structure. Virtually zero admin support

The pay is above industry average, however you will work close to double your contracted hours just to stay afloat

They preach that clients are put first, but the reality is that maximising fees is all that’s important. Terribly overworked staff. No work / life balance is poss
