My team is dedicated, cares about their coworkers and residents, goes the extra mile even though nobody knows/sees it but our team/residents.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
One core value is comradery, fun which never happens. Having management see all thats done that they are never there to witness, show appreciation to all staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay, new employees are making more than employees who have worked there for years with a lot more experience, recognition to others besides those who are in the "in group" w/management, fun days (taco tuesdays, pizza, snacks, jean days)
