Accessibility and understanding of how the centers operate
They are awesome and work as a team!
Hire qualified DON, take accountability, stop micromanaging staff, improve pt/nurse ratios, avoid unsafe work environment, discourage false documentation, provide appropriate support and pharmacy to be able to follow patient care plans.
I shouldn't have to answer this question. If the leadership team actually cared about their jobs and not their salaries then they should know what they need to do to improve.
More education. Avamere executive directors are a bunch of High school graduate.

Higher pay, new employees are making more than employees who have worked there for years with a lot more experience, recognition to others besides those who are in the "in group" w/management, fun days (taco tuesdays, pizza, snacks, jean days)
