I have been here for a year and time has flew by. Our team is agile and able to maneuver quickly to get things done. Everyone is on the same page and sees the light at the end of the tunnel. Our executive team sets a standard of excellence that is mimicked by the rest of the company.

They are all motivated. They come to work everyday with a high amount of energy and assist any team any way they can. I love our executive team here and would not trade it for the world!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a sense of openness that I have never seen before. Everything is always on the table and town hall meetings promote deliberation and candid questions to the executive staff. There is a sense of trust and family between all co-workers.
