What do you like best about the leadership team?
Experience, know-how, technical expertise, fostering genuine strong team spirit, all engineers viewpoint is taken into account, and providing psychological safety.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My personal initiatives are well supported though I spend effort to fit in technically speaking (i.e. I am not intransigeant)
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that many stakeholders were involved, those working close to me as well as senior management. I also appreciated to be flown in and given the opportunity to speak to whoever.
What makes you most happy at work?
Fighting cybercrime makes me feel good and at the same time I enjoy a lot the progressively technical people surrounding me. For instance, I've never seen such an advanced group in Ops and QA and they get full recognition.
