What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO's mentality of creating/building the company you've always wanted to work for, but could never find - is expressed in the Awnix culture. People are fully engaged in their duties & responsibilities, but going above & beyond the standard seems to be a work ethic instilled in Awnix's employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Entire package + Awnix culture/leadership = best company ever!!

While leadership engages/inspires creativity, they welcome openness and challenge us to ask questions to get us to think outside of the box - collaboration via communication.
