most of us feel like friends, not co workers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Financially, performance comp is a huge help. I'd like to see the annual amount increase, but am satisfied with what i receive now.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt very comfortable speaking with the management team. They made me feel comfortable and talked to me like it was a conversation and not an interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team always has us in their best interest. They're very comfortable to talk to, high level of trust, and are always willing to help us in our time of need.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work very hard together to complete all tasks accurately and meet all deadlines. We also throw in some fun on a daily basis too. Most people on our team are friends, not just co workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my team and others trust me to get the job done. They come to me for help knowing they will get answers and are satisfied with my performance. This can sometimes be overwhelming, but i enjoy helping everyone as best as i can.
