Mr. Richer served as Vice President of Administration at EastWest Gold Corporation since June, 1990 and its General Counsel and Secretary since June 1989. He served as the President of Arizona Star Resource Corp. until May 2005 and Corporate Secretary and Treasurer from December 2004 to May 2005. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Consolidated Westview Resource Corp. until September 2007. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Consolidated Puma Minerals Corp. until January 26, 2009 and December 19, 2008 respectively. He served as the President of Consolidated Westview Resources Inc. He served as the President of Victoria Gold Corp. until August 2, 2007. He has over 20 years experience in mining law, corporate finance and international business transactions and practices. He served as the President of Victoria Resource Corp., a subsidiary of Bema Gold Corporation. served as the Chairman of the Board of Victoria Resource Corp., and Victoria Gold Corp. He served as the Chairman of Consolidated Puma Minerals Corp. and its Director since March 15, 1991. He serves as a Director of CGA Mining Limited. He served as an Independent Director of Ravencrest Resources Inc. from April 2008 to September 6, 2017. He served as Director of EastWest Gold Corporation since 2000 and Papillon Resources Limited since October 01, 2014. He served as a Director of Victoria Resource Corp., from March 15, 1991 to July 31, 2007 and Victoria Gold Corp. from March 15, 1991 to August 2, 2007. Mr. Richer served as a Non Executive Director of Oriel Resources PLC and Oriel Resources Limited from March 1, 2005 to June 2008. He served as a Director of Consolidated Westview Resources Inc. He served as a Director of Arizona Star Resource Corp. from March 15, 1991 to May 2005 and Consolidated Westview Resource Corp. from March 1991 to September 2007. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Pamodzi Gold Ltd. from February 14, 2003 to March 19, 2007. He has been a barrister and solicitor in British Columbia, Canada since 1985. Mr. Richer holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Victoria and was admitted to the Bar of British Columbia in 1985.

Mr. Dennis Robert Stansbury has been a Senior Vice President of Engineering & Project Evaluations at B2Gold Corp. since March 08, 2007. Mr. Stansbury served as a Vice President of Production & Development at EastWest Gold Corporation since June 1996. He served as the Senior Vice President of Development and Production at B2Gold Corp. until March 2007. He is a mining engineer with over 35 years of engineering, construction, production and management experience at surface and underground mines in eight different countries. After working for a number of gold mining companies in South America and the United States, he joined Bema Gold Corp as Vice President of South America in 1994. He served as a Non-Executive Director at Pamodzi Gold Ltd. from November 8, 2006 to March 19, 2007. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in mining engineering from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology.

Mr. William Lytle, also known as Bill, has been a Senior Vice President of Operations at B2Gold Corp. since February 22, 2016. Mr. Lytle served as a Vice President of Africa at B2Gold Corp. until February 22, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Environmental Health Safety & Permitting, Vice President and Country Manager of Namibia. Mr. Lytle has had more than 15 years experience specializing in providing operational health, safety, environmental and social assistance during all phases of the mining cycle as well as extensive experience working with international lending institutes such as the IFC. He has been involved as a consultant to B2Gold and a full time employee of Bema Gold Corp. (???Bema???), notably working on the permitting and development of the Julietta and Kupol projects in Russia for Bema. He has a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering, M.Sc. in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer (Colorado, USA).

Mr. Michael Andrew Cinnamond, also known as Mike, serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at CGA Mining Limited. Mr. Cinnamond has been Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of B2Gold Corp. since April 1, 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Administration at B2Gold Corp. from July 1, 2013 to April 1, 2014. He was responsible for B2Gold's internal controls documentation, mapping, tax restructuring and due diligence on acquisition targets. He was an Audit Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was the Resources Leader for the Mining, Forestry and Energy and Utilities practices. He has 16 years of experience in the mining industry sector including public offerings, business combinations, UK AIM listings, various US filings, due diligence and accounting opinions, in addition to annual audits and quarterly reviews. He served as a Director of Papillon Resources Limited since October 1, 2014. He serves as the Finance Chair of the Canadian Institute of Mining and was previously the Treasurer of the Mining Suppliers Association of BC and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC. He holds an LL.B designation from the University of Exeter.
