It was all automated, and went smoothly, the treatment was respectfully from the beginning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm currently receiving $3500 / month, which obviously is below average. I'm a senior software, delivering tons of code for the client, so it's unfair.
What makes you most happy at work?
The will to work with US clients, helping them and showing to be useful. Improving my English skills, knowing different work cultures from all around the world.
