Since 1982 Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc., has provided high-quality professional land development services. Our firm was founded with a deep commitment to customer service, high professional standards, and creative problem solving skills. While civil engineering is the foundation of our company, we offer several other services that are essential throughout the development process. Our 40 years of experience includes designing commercial, residential, industrial, mixed-use, energy, healthcare, community and recreation, and tribal projects. We have been involved in over 22,000 projects throughout the United States, and have developed several projects in Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Whether its a multimillion sf warehouse or a 1,200 sf coffee kiosk, we know what it takes to exceed every expectation.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was very comfortable. It wasn't a typical panel interview with question/answer, it was more conversational. People on both sides of the table wanted to make sure it was going to be a good fit and it was easy to answer questions and talk about different aspects of my experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing conceptual ideas transform into something tangible. The relationships and interactions I have with my co-workers and my manager are positive, I look forward to coming to work each day. I truly feel like people appreciate each and every role here and let you know how valued you are!
