What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to new ideas, allow you to work independently, and make changes to your position if it makes good sense for the business. Not much red tape - a good thing!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Barrday reviews compensation 2x a year and monthly for production personnel. Only real thing that is lacking is the 401K plan in the US. The company does not match contributions and you have to wait a year to enroll.
