Mr. Gregory M. Zimmerman has been Vice President of U.S. Business Unit at Baytex Energy Corp. since November 16, 2015. Mr. Zimmerman joined Baytex Energy Corp. on November 16, 2015. He has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry all with Marathon Oil Corporation. At Marathon, he held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in production, operations, reservoir and business development. His most recent positions included Director of Corporate Reserves in Houston, Texas and Vice President, Oil Sands Development in Calgary, Alberta. His primary area of focus over the last 20 years of his career with Marathon was asset management, reservoir development and project execution. Mr. Zimmerman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&I University.

Mr. Rodney D. Gray has been Chief Financial Officer of Baytex Energy Corp. since April 7, 2014. Mr. Gray served as Chief Financial Officer of CEDA International Corporation since July 2013 and was responsible for all financial functions within the corporation. He led a group of high-performing teams that include Corporate Finance, Treasury, Tax, Strategic Planning, Financial Reporting and Corporate Development, which includes any acquisition and divestment activity. Mr. Gray is an experienced executive having worked over 20 years in the oil and gas industry and has spent the last nine as the Vice President Finance of a large intermediate oil and gas producer. His open and honest approach, combined with his passion for continuous improvement, strongly aligns with CEDA's core values and vision. He also believes it is important to play an active role in the community and enjoys volunteering his time and experience. He has been involved with several charitable organizations and is a current board member of both the United Way of Calgary and surrounding area and Telus Spark, Calgary's new science centre. Mr. Gray is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours from Queen's University.

Mr. Murray J. Desrosiers has been Corporate Secretary, General Counsel and Vice President at Baytex Energy Ltd since May 2009. Mr. Desrosiers has been Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel at Baytex Energy Corp. since May 20, 2009. He is a corporate lawyer with over 12 years of experience advising energy companies in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities compliance matters. Prior to joining Baytex, he was a legal consultant from March 2008 to August 2008, Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel of PrimeWest Energy Inc., the operating company of PrimeWest Energy Trust from July 2007 to October 2007. He served as Senior Legal Counsel of Enbridge Inc. from March 2001 to July 2005. He served as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Shiningbank Energy Income Fund (formerly Shiningbank Energy Inc.) from August 2005 to July 2007. Mr. Desrosiers served as Corporate Secretary of Enbridge Management Services Inc., the Administrator of Enbridge Income Fund from June 2003 to July 2005. He serves as a Director of Aurora Oil & Gas Ltd. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta. Mr. Desrosiers holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Calgary.

Mr. Richard P. Ramsay has been Chief Operating Officer of Baytex Energy Corp. since May 21, 2014. Mr. Ramsay served as Vice President of Alberta/ B.C. Business Unit at Baytex Energy Corp. from January 4, 2012 to May 21, 2014. He served as Vice President of Heavy Oil Business Unit at Baytex Energy Trust at Baytex Energy Corp. from January 2010 to January 2012. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of TAQA North Ltd. He held a variety of technical and management positions with Northrock Resources Ltd., Fletcher Challenge Energy Canada Inc., Amoco Canada Petroleum Ltd. and Dome Petroleum Ltd. He has strong engineering and project management capabilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and is a practicing member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
