Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of medical insurance is higher than most; what is advertised as tuition reimbursement is two payments of $250 per year. A better benefits package, encouraging performance improvement for those valued through tuition reimbursement and manager training, would be beneficial.
