Very open and collaborative. No prima donnas.

True unlimited PTO (required to take a min of two weeks off) and decent stock options

Lots of opportunity for growth and promotions if you do a good job. North American leader is accessible and easy to work with, my direct manager is great and the entire team is supportive and collaborative.
