They should value their employees like they are human beings because they are human beings. They should be more transparent as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees talk about all the secrets even they are not supposed to. If you're good friend with their COO - Morena Simatic you'll get better benefits (better stock options, better salary, etc.). She is intrigant person with low knowledge of finance and accounting.
