I was excited to start working based on the interview. However, culture is toxic. It's not the peers it's the President. He does not have buy-in or confidence from anyone here. The saving grace is the ex-pats that come from Taiwan. They are driving this company forward.

Market value for our positions. Titles reflect budget, not responsibilities.

They are really good at interviewing. Positive spin and warm.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need leadership at the top that understands business in a digital age. The president is not self-aware or emotionally intelligent. The lack of humility is astounding.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive leadership puts obstacles in the way rather than trying to clear a path to let employees do their best work. It's a difficult environment to work in. Work days are cut into 5 or 6 meetings every day. Makes work difficult.
