What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need leadership at the top that understands business in a digital age. The president is not self-aware or emotionally intelligent. The lack of humility is astounding.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They are really good at interviewing. Positive spin and warm.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive leadership puts obstacles in the way rather than trying to clear a path to let employees do their best work. It's a difficult environment to work in. Work days are cut into 5 or 6 meetings every day. Makes work difficult.
