What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with hiring managers, they gave a good overview of the position, and then I was able to tour the facility and see first hand the area/job I would be doing. I met a few of the workers, so it was nice to get that picture of what it would be.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the tools and documented processes to complete my work in an effective manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While no one wants to stop their day and what they're doing, it's rare someone isn't willing to help when you need it. We work together really well! Sometimes departments just need a little push.
