The flexibility of the hours and how certain individuals there seem fond of me.
The hours are very flexible and they are generally accommodating with when to work. They do random, little things like free drinks, food, and lunch, though they will stop just as quickly.
They are all good people, genuinely nice, and willing to help out.
Caring about the call center and stop treating them like automotons. Good compensation for us, such as holiday pay and more breaks. Better compartmentalizing so that calls can be handled more efficiently.
There is largely a disregard for caring about patients and instead just seeing as many in a day as possible. This gives the higher ups a very dim view of individuals. Focusing on patient care would help, though this is a problem in America in general.
I feel like I am being actively pushed away. They laid me off once; I managed to appeal to another owner there to get my job back. I know the other owner hates me. Getting a new, respectable position with better pay would be nice.
